The FinancialCase Manager is responsible to provide all necessary information toapplicants, referral sources and families,required to make an informed decision regarding facility admission and educate applicants on the financial policy for full comprehension of payment expectations. The primary responsibility of theFinancialCaseManager is to ensure residents understandtheirfinancial entitlements, collect payments, and monitor and collect outstanding balances. Responsibilities include oversight of resident’s finance and assurance that The W Group meets federal, state, and local financial reporting obligations.
