Job summary

You will manage a portfolio of initiatives, support strategic planning, and organize trainings for financial counselors, while building partnerships with community-based organizations and city agencies to achieve measurable outcomes for NYCHA residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience in community work or programs.
• High school diploma with six years of related experience.
• Equivalent education/experience with relevant duties allowed.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of financial literacy and asset-building projects.
• Support the Assistant Director in strategic planning and special projects.
• Organize, host and co-facilitate quarterly trainings for financial counselors.
• Maintain key performance indicators for REES programs.
• Foster and manage partnerships with community-based and citywide organizations.
