Job summary

CRB Workforce, LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Financial Business Partner to drive strategic FP&A partnerships with operations leadership. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to enable profitable decision making.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

We are currently looking for a Financial Business Partner. We have 1 open position.

Must have skills:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a comparable finance partnering capacity
• Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and constructing detailed financial models, including ROI analyses and business case development
• Track record of communicating financial insights to non-financial audiences and influencing strategic decisions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel as a primary working tool, along with hands-on experience using Workday General Ledger or a comparable ERP platform
• Foundational accounting knowledge including month-end close processes, cash flow forecasting, P&L analysis, and journal entry preparation
• A naturally inquisitive and self-driven mindset with demonstrated experience uncovering gaps in business financials and recommending actionable improvements

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic finance advisor to operational leaders, helping them enhance profitability and overall business performance
• Create and maintain budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models that support data-driven decision-making
• Evaluate margins, workforce utilization, capacity planning, and key performance indicators across the business
• Develop compelling ROI analyses and business justifications for new initiatives, technology investments, and process improvements
• Deliver clear financial presentations and strategic recommendations to stakeholders outside of finance
• Assist with monthly close activities, journal entry posting, and cash forecasting while proactively surfacing risks, cost reduction opportunities, and revenue growth levers
