Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of supplier contracts to identify errors, discrepancies, and recovery opportunities.
  • Provide high-quality audit results and communicate findings to purchasing teams.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, finance, technical accounting, and engineering to review audit outcomes and strategize recovery approaches.
  • Support purchasing in negotiations with suppliers to resolve contract issues and recover overpayments.
  • Manage and drive the timely closure of open audits and the collection of identified overpayments.
  • Monitor and achieve KPIs such as contract touch rate, study aging, and cost recoveries.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and studies as requested by leadership.
  • Identify and collect significant annual supplier cost recoveries, targeting at least $4M.
  • Use global systems to perform financial analysis and support investigations into pricing errors.
  • Analyze ad-hoc reports to identify trends and issues.
  • _interface with various organizational levels to discuss cases and reconcile differences between internal systems and contracts.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying and resolving complex financial discrepancies, directly contributing to millions in cost savings and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in mitigating financial risks and optimizing purchasing processes across our extensive supply chain.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of supplier contracts to identify errors, discrepancies, and recovery opportunities.
