Job summary

Arizona Auditor General in Phoenix seeks a Financial Audit Intern to assist with financial statement and compliance audits, following GAAS and GAGAS standards. Flexible hours to fit your school schedule and a pay rate of $20 per hour.

You will be in your junior or senior year of accounting or pursuing a master's, developing strong communication and interpersonal skills while supporting audits and reporting in a government context.

Qualifications

• Be in your junior or senior year of your accounting bachelor's degree program and have completed some upper division accounting classes or be in a master's degree program.
• Interest in public service and improving State government.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
