Job Description Purpose

The Financial Assistant I, under general supervision, performs advanced clerical, accounting, and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Assign commodity codes in AggieBuy (payable/purchasing system).
  • Audit employee reimbursement documents in AggieBuy.
  • Create PO and non-PO invoices in AggieBuy from TEES AP Invoice email box.
  • Audit Oversight (credit card risk system) documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.
