Talent Management Plus, Inc. seeks a Financial Application Support Analyst to join the team handling day-to-day administration of financial systems for Accounts Payable. The role supports internal and external users, ensures data integrity, and contributes to upgrades testing.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field, strong Excel skills, and experience with vendor-hosted/SaaS software (Oracle, SAP). Hybrid in-office work in Deerfield, IL.

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines within short timeframes a must.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of leadership, Business Units, and Teams.

Position: Financial Application Support Analyst
Location: Deerfield, IL (Hybrid 2-3 Days in office)
Duration: 12-18 months+
Summary:
This position will report to the Manager of Financial Systems and is part of a team tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining specific financial systems for the Accounts Payable Team. The Financial Application Support Analyst will assist in the completion of day-to-day system administration related processes as well as the research and administration of changes and updates to the system(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and online support to internal and external users of financial reporting applications (Expense Account Payable systems).
