Responsibilities

• Own cost tracking for BOM with Global Sourcing Managers.
• Support purchase approval process and track spend against budget.
• Assist with factory scrap tracking, forecast variances, and cost forecasting reports.
• Identify and execute logistics cost-savings measures (expedite reduction, load optimization, tariff exposure).
• Prepare quarterly KPI reviews and biweekly cost syncs with executives using trend data and variance commentary.
• Partner with Accounting, Logistics, and Global Sourcing to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Support ad hoc supply chain finance initiatives (TMS rollout, make-vs-buy analyses, tariff tracking).
• Report to the Supply Chain Finance Lead.

• Own cost tracking for the bill of materials (BOM), partnering with Global Sourcing Managers to capture quotes, validate cost roll-ups, and resolve missing or outdated items
• Support the purchase approval process and track spend against budget as production ramps
• Assist with factory scrap tracking, investigate forecast variances, and build reporting for cost forecasts
• Identify and execute logistics cost-savings measures, including expedite reduction, load optimization, and tariff exposure reduction
• Prepare quarterly KPI reviews and biweekly cost syncs with executives using trended cost data and variance commentary
• Partner with Accounting, Logistics, and Global Sourcing Managers to ensure material cost data is accurate, complete, and timely
• Support ad hoc supply chain finance initiatives such as TMS rollout, make-vs-buy analyses, and tariff and duty exposure tracking
