Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide advanced analytical support and independently organize and present data for Finance, Operations and Strategic Planning. You will support managers and directors across the health system and contribute to special projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Healthcare or Business Administration, 5+ years in healthcare finance, and strong MS Excel and Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration required, with a concentration in accounting, finance or related field highly preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in finance and/or financial analysis, in a healthcare setting preferred
• Systems experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting minimum requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced and objective analytical support and independently organize and present data to support Finance, Operations and Strategic Planning functions
• Serve as support to the Manager/Director across ongoing and special financial analyses and projects
• Collaborate with Administrators, Directors and Managers throughout the health system and manage multiple data-driven tasks

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $94,889.60 - $136,572.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
