Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of IT experience
• Need to have Outsourcing/Consulting experience, client/vendor relationship understanding critical
• Understanding of billing constructs (T&M model, Fixed fee model, timesheets, project codes, rate card, SOW)
• Strong Excel skills required – lookups, pivots, formulae etc.
• Agile methodology understanding is a big plus – but not mandatory
• Soft skills – attention to detail and accuracy, well-organized, showing the drive to resolve issues/clear ambiguities, managing changes/rework if needed, ability to explain issues clearly
