LPL Financial is offering a two-year, full-time Financial Analyst Rotational (FAR) Program – Corporate Finance track for graduates starting in 2027. You’ll rotate through three teams, gain hands-on financial analysis experience, and receive extensive training and mentorship from senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
• GPA minimum 3.3.
• Offer contingent upon completion of degree, background screening, and local to Fort Mill/Charlotte office.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three different teams and build skills in financial analysis, accounting, and corporate strategy.
• Develop understanding of LPL’s business and wealth management industry.
• Build technical and professional skills, including collaboration and relationship management.
• Gain exposure to Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance leadership teams.
• Regularly meet with dedicated program manager for coaching and mentorship.
• Cultivate relationships in a fast-growing network of professionals.
