Job Summary
The Financial Analyst will build and maintain relationships across various departments, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Audit, IT, Business Units, Executive Leadership, Commercial Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehousing, Shipping, Operations, and Manufacturing.
Experience and Skills
- Strong analytical skills in Strategy, Financial, Business, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Operations contexts
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com), reporting tools (Oracle BI, Power BI, OneStream), and MS Office
- Knowledge of Accounting standards (FASB/IFRS), Revenue Recognition, Lease accounting
- Experience in Treasury, Tax, Compliance, Audit, Project Management, Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Quote-to-Cash processes, manufacturing metrics, and supply chain management

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or CPA preferred
- Over 5 Years of Accounting/Financial Experience, including manufacturing
- Proficiency in data integration from multiple sources
Duties
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial guidance and improve processes
- Develop and review financial plans, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyze variances and explain key drivers
- Manage working capital, inventory, and cost-saving initiatives
- Standardize processes and reporting across the organization
- Ensure accurate financial records, month-end closing, and compliance
- Conduct strategic projects, monitor metrics, and recommend improvements
