Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years in accounting/financial analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; able to synthesize data and make calls with partial information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and weekly updates; analyze financial and operational results.
• Perform account reconciliations and inventory analysis; support SOX compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, cost analysis, and journal entries; support internal/external audits.
