Responsibilities

• Perform recapitalization and securitization modeling for investments.
• Assist in underwriting new opportunities with proforma analyses and returns.
• Draft offering memorandums, memorandums, and investment committee materials.
• Coordinate due diligence and document delivery with sellers and legal counsel.
• Maintain monthly reports, dashboards, and budgeting tools for investments.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
• Gather market research for active investment markets.
