Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, financial reporting, ROI analysis, and profitability projects. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance profitability.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel skills, experience with SAP, and at least five years in financial analysis to deliver robust analytics for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or statistical analysis required.
• Minimum 5+ years of comparable analysis experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP (or other Tier 1 ERP).
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize assignments under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monthly financial reporting to senior management.
• Analyze financial reports for variances, KPIs, and provide feedback.
• Prepare and analyze customer and product profitability reporting.
• Prepare and analyze quarterly royalty statements and tax calculations.
• Collaborate with Sales during quote development for existing/new products.
• Generate ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed.
• Perform other support duties as assigned.
