48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to support operational reporting and analytics across the business. You will prepare metrics in PowerBI, assist with month-end close, and collaborate on budgeting and forecasting with a focus on accuracy and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0-2 years of Finance experience; internship or co-op experience in financial analysis considered.
• Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute key metrics for the management team using PowerBI and working with database structures.
• Support month-end reporting processes and deliverables.
• Support customer and supplier reporting and analytics.
• Assist with financial reporting, trend and variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Contribute to ad hoc reporting and analytics projects.
• Partner cross-functionally to validate integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data.
