Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required.
• 8–14 years of relevant experience depending on level.
• Experience leading forecasting, planning and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate forecasts and briefing packages for executive management.
• Define content of forecast information with management.
• Input/extract data from enterprise information systems and databases.
• Develop infographics and insights from performance data for leadership reviews.
• Review data from clients, competitors, industries to inform FP&A.
• Lead training and enhancements for Bechtel's reporting systems.
• Publish user manuals and draft FP&A policy documents.
• Coordinate enterprise reporting data accuracy and timeliness.
