Job summary

Apolis is seeking a Financial Analyst – PFME in Arlington, VA to support PFME budgeting and coupon management. You will forecast and record P&L in SAP, working with Marketing and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting/finance experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and strong analytical abilities. Onsite role with a 6+ month duration and hourly pay rates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support PFME and coupon budget planning, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Manage forecasts, actuals, variances, and risks/opportunities.
• Ensure accurate P&L recognition, accruals, and SAP updates.
• Process journal entries and intercompany transfers as needed.
• Partner with Marketing and Finance teams on budget changes and approvals.
• Maintain budget trackers and reporting tools.

About the Role:

This analyst role serves as the key support and enabler for PFME and coupon management. Responsibilities include supporting the planning, forecasting, and management of Product Fixed Marketing Expense (PFME) and Consumer Price Reductions, while ensuring accurate and timely P&L recognition and recording in SAP. This role requires cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Division Finance, the Corporate PFME team, Procurement, IT, and other Corporate Finance groups. This position reports to the Generating Demand Senior Analyst and plays a key role in PFME and coupon management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support PFME and coupon budget planning, tracking, and reconciliation.
