This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Patriot PAD supporting the NSPA Patriot Ground program. As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will perform detailed financial analysis supporting monthly program management reviews, Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, financial planning and analysis activities, and cash collection processes. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams while supporting complex international defense programs throughout various stages of the contract lifecycle.

This position provides exposure to unique programs and offers valuable experience across program startup, execution, and closeout activities. This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field & a minimum of 2 years relevant Finance experience
• Program controls, project finance, or government contracting experience
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse (BW) reporting, Analysis for Office (AO) and/or similar financial systems and tools

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage peers, cross-functional partners, and all levels of leadership

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Hybrid Work Arrangement

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. The ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
