PACCAR Engine Company is seeking a Financial Analyst to oversee daily accounting activities related to new engine program development. The role involves cost management, forecasting, and reporting in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with senior management.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in accounting and solid accounting experience.
• CPA/CMA or master's degree is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel/Access is important.

Responsibilities

• Provide project cost management services including cost estimates and invoice analysis.
• Prepare management reports and financial commentary for senior management.
• Lead Month-End Close activities for timely and accurate reporting.
• Forecast plant-related activities and monitor variances.
• Participate in internal control reviews, including SOX documentation and testing.
• Support plant accounting processes and inventory counts.
