U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Liquidity Risk Reporting professional to join the Reporting and Analytics team in Charlotte, NC.

You will complete daily to quarterly liquidity reporting, own key reports, and partner with treasury and risk teams to ensure accuracy. The role emphasizes data analysis, governance, and continuous improvement of reporting processes, with strong SQL, Python, and Power BI skills.

Qualifikationen

  • Typically five or more years of related experience.
  • Experience in treasury, FP&A, finance, liquidity reporting, or data analytics.
  • Knowledge of banking products, liquidity regulations, financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and general accounting procedures.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and independent problem‑solving skills.
  • Technical skills with data mining and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.
  • Experience with dashboards, regulatory reporting, governance, audit, or methodology documentation.
  • Master's degree preferred.

  • Own assigned reports and present reporting as part of the team’s daily rhythm.
  • Monitor, analyze, and investigate data used in liquidity metrics and reporting (e.g., Bloomberg).
  • Partner with ALM, Funding, Management Reporting Operations, and Finance Risk Management to support accurate reporting.
  • Support governance, methodology documentation, regulatory interpretations, audit activities, and second‑line reviews.
  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies within existing reporting processes.
  • Build and enhance reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
  • Investigate reporting issues and assess impacts from regulatory interpretations and upstream changes.

Job Description

The Liquidity Risk Management group within U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced professional to join its Reporting and Analytics team. The role completes internal and regulatory liquidity reporting, partners with key treasury and risk teams to ensure accuracy, and supports reporting improvements, governance, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly liquidity reporting, including the Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Net Stable Funding Ratio, Early Warning Indicators, Cash Flow Projections, Liquidity Stress Testing, and other internal liquidity metrics.
  • Own assigned reports and present reporting as part of the team's daily operating rhythm.
  • Monitor, analyze, and investigate data used in liquidity metrics and reporting, including market data and external sources such as Bloomberg.
  • Partner with Asset Liability Management, Funding, Management Reporting Operations, and Finance Risk Management to support accurate reporting.
  • Support governance, methodology documentation, regulatory interpretations, audit activities, and second‑line reviews.
  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies within existing reporting processes.
  • Build and enhance reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
  • Investigate reporting issues and assess impacts from regulatory interpretations and upstream process changes.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. Typically five or more years of related experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Experience in treasury, FP&A, finance, liquidity reporting, or data analytics.
  • Knowledge of banking products, liquidity regulations, financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and general accounting procedures.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and independent problem‑solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and resolve exceptions.
  • Technical skills with data mining and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.
  • Experience with dashboards, financial or regulatory reporting, governance, audit, or methodology documentation.
  • Ability to present data and communicate reporting results.
  • Master's degree preferred.
Location Expectations

Salary

Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
