The Vault, an international financial group, is expanding its Finance team and seeks a Financial Analyst to support the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and group-wide reporting. You will build and maintain financial models, design dashboards, automate data extraction, and deliver clear management reports.

The role requires Excel mastery, BI tools, SQL, and a proactive approach to improve processes across multiple business lines.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of hands-on FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), Power Query, and/or SQL.
• Genuine interest in AI tools and automation in day-to-day finance.
• Ability to work independently and deliver complete results.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with 1C is a strong plus.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Finance team and looking for a Financial Analyst to support the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across the Group.

• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Design and build dashboards that pull data automatically from source systems (1C, accounting platforms, banking/crypto platforms), rather than relying on manual data entry
• Set up and maintain automated data extraction, cleansing, and reconciliation processes across systems, ensuring data accuracy from the ground up
• Prepare and present financial reports and materials for management, with clear, well-designed data visualization
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data, analyze performance, and report on operational effectiveness
• Own a range of reports, including financial performance, budget variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting
• Calculate transfer pricing and assess the efficiency of business units
• Build data cubes and optimize data reporting structures for group-wide analysis, including consolidation across multiple business lines
• Use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL/Power Query for data visualization and automation
• Proactively identify where manual processes can be automated and bring solutions, not just flag the problem

Требования:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role, with recent, active experience, ideally within the last 2-3 years, in building reporting and analytics (not just managing a team that does)
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Practical experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), Power Query, and/or SQL; comfort pulling and transforming data from multiple systems rather than working from pre-built reports
• A genuine interest in using AI tools and automation in day-to-day financial work, not just awareness that they exist
• Ability to work independently within a given task: plan your own approach, know who to ask for what, escalation when needed, and deliver a complete result without being micromanaged
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple reporting deadlines across different business lines
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Будет плюсом: Experience with 1C is a strong advantage
