Job summary

The Vault is expanding its Finance team and seeks a Financial Analyst to support the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across the Group.

You will build financial models, design dashboards from source systems, automate data extraction and reconciliation, and deliver management reports with clear data visualization. Collaborate across departments to optimize reporting for multiple business lines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in financial analysis or FP&A with recent activity in reporting and analytics.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Power Query; SQL experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with 1C is a strong advantage.

With over €350 million in assets under management, the Group operates across Cyprus, the UAE, Switzerland, and the United States. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Finance team and looking for a Financial Analyst to support the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across the Group.

• Design and build dashboards that pull data automatically from source systems (1C, accounting platforms, banking/crypto platforms), rather than relying on manual data entry
• Set up and maintain automated data extraction, cleansing, and reconciliation processes across systems, ensuring data accuracy from the ground up
• Prepare and present financial reports and materials for management, with clear, well‑designed data visualization
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data, analyze performance, and report on operational effectiveness
• Own a range of reports, including financial performance, budget variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting
• Calculate transfer pricing and assess the efficiency of business units
• Build data cubes and optimize data reporting structures for group‑wide analysis, including consolidation across multiple business lines
• Use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL/Power Query for data visualization and automation
• Proactively identify where manual processes can be automated and bring solutions, not just flag the problem

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role, with recent, active experience, ideally within the last 2-3 years, in building reporting and analytics (not just managing a team that does)
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Practical experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), Power Query, and/or SQL; comfort pulling and transforming data from multiple systems rather than working from pre‑built reports
• A genuine interest in using AI tools and automation in day‑to‑day financial work, not just awareness that they exist
• Ability to work independently within a given task: plan your own approach, know who to ask for what, elevate when needed, and deliver a complete result without being micromanaged
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple reporting deadlines across different business lines
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
