Must be able to work Eastern time zone.
General Description of the Job Class
Prepare financial reports, assist in the preparation and writing of annual footnotes, perform accounting research, and prepare information for 990 filings and other tax-related items. Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting throughout DUHS.
Duties and Responsibilities of this Level
Required Qualifications at this Level
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or MSA preferred. CPA desirable.
Experience: Minimum of six years of progressive financial auditing, reporting, or system experience, with knowledge of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and FASB standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of GAAP and FASB standards; strong written and verbal communication skills; keen attention to detail; advanced computer skills with MS Office; SAP and Oracle Hyperion experience preferred.
