Job summary

HonorHealth, a large nonprofit healthcare system in Arizona, is seeking a Financial Analyst III to develop, interpret, and monitor complex financial analyses and reports. You will work with Directors, Managers, and multiple departments within the system to support decision making.

Responsibilities include leading budget development, forecasts, and variance analysis, plus delivering in‑depth financial data interpretation and reporting for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7 years healthcare accounting/finance experience required.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the annual operating budget development process, forecasts, and project evaluations.
• Performs monthly, quarterly and year‑end analysis of actual results versus plan and forecasts.
• Provides cost, profitability, wage analysis, and performance assessments for management.
• Develops daily, monthly and quarterly statistical reports for Executive, Leadership & Management Staff.
