Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years as a financial analyst; aerospace/defense or government contracting preferred.
• Knowledge of EAC/ETC and variance analysis.
• High proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, complex formulas, modeling).
• Strong business partnering & communication, able to explain metrics to non-finance stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Estimate at Complete (EAC) models and ETC baselines; ensure EAC integrity across contracts.
• Track cost and margin performance; explain labor, material, and schedule variances to program teams.
• Assist in building/updating contract-level and business-line forecasts (revenue, profit, cash).
• Support month-end close; review contract actuals and cost allocations; ensure revenue aligns with performance.
• Review and approve POs against budgets; manage WBS in ERP system.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/ad-hoc financial reporting for QBRs and leadership data calls.
• Identify cost risks early and participate in projects to streamline finance workflows.
