You will collaborate with the Director of Administration and Center leadership to ensure sound financial management of operating budgets, sponsored awards, donor funds, events, and special initiatives while adhering to university and sponsor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline; two years of experience or a Master's degree in related discipline.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
• Ability to interpret and apply university, state, federal, and sponsor regulations to financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, analyze, and report on the Center's annual operating budget, foundation funds, and special project accounts.
• Perform advanced financial analysis and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports.
• Monitor expenditures across multiple funding sources to ensure fiscal integrity.
• Develop financial forecasts and long-range budget projections to support strategic planning.
• Conduct budget variance analyses and recommend corrective actions for compliance and efficiency.
• Assist in the financial administration of externally funded grants and contracts, ensuring sponsor compliance.
