Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline and two (2) years of experience in related field or Master's degree in related discipline.
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance reports.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design of financial forecasting spreadsheets and budget preparation.
• Track and reconcile quarterly payments for OAA and Academic Programs.
• Review, log, and approve financial purchases via FIN360/University Card Solutions.
• Host trainings on financial systems and process updates as requested.
• Perform budgetary transactions including journals and amendments.
