The Arsenal-1 manufacturing finance team is responsible for the financial oversight of Anduril’s high volume, multi-product premiere manufacturing operation. We are the intersection between programs, manufacturing, supply chain, and Corp finance; leveraging data and business relationships to provide insightful analysis that helps the business drive towards the best financial outcome. You will get to partner with Anduril’s functional and business leaders by providing key insights on cost, production attainment, resource allocation, and Plant/Product profitability.
We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our Manufacturing Finance team. As that Financial Analyst, you will touch every area of plant operational excellence including budget, forecast, KPI’s, Cost of quality, engineering, working capital, continuous improvement as a business partner to site leadership/cost center leaders. This is an onsite role, not a remote work situation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, experience in plant manufacturing environments, and will be capable of building strong business relations with internal customers. In this role, you will support multiple products and programs in parallel and interact closely with program management and business line leadership to ensure Arsenal-1 is delivering on its financial commitments. You must be comfortable supporting and explaining financial performance and variances from a plant and product level to cross functional teams and senior leadership. This individual will also partner directly with the senior leadership team across Manufacturing to help drive strategic decision-making and optimizing financial performance
US Salary Range
$67,000 - $88,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
