Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights for our Enterprise Sales organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related analytical role.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings effectively with business stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Partner with Enterprise Sales leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and reporting priorities
• Translate business questions into meaningful analytics and reporting solutions
• Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations and insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Accounting, and Sales leadership
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Continuously improve reporting processes and analytics capabilities across the organization
• Plan and track project timelines and budgets, manage project risks, and is responsible for project milestones and deliverables
