Mutual of Enumclaw in Seattle, WA is seeking a Financial Analyst I to work directly with the Holding Company CFO on strategic planning, forecasting, and board presentations. This role offers rapid exposure early in your finance career.

You'll build models, perform long-range planning, and collaborate across Finance, Product, Claims, IT, and Actuarial. New grads welcome; bachelor's in finance/ accounting with strong GPA preferred, plus coursework in insurance is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with 3.5 GPA+ preferred.
• New grads welcome; CFA/CPA/MBA are bonuses but not required.
• Insurance coursework/internships are a nice bonus, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, build business cases, and craft exec-level presentations.
• Assemble reporting packages for management and the Board.
• Engage in long-range planning, capital investments, and M&A due diligence.
• Build financial models that inform real decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Claims, IT, and Actuarial teams.
