You will report directly to the CFO, maintaining forecast models, conducting financial analyses, and leading key projects. The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience in finance, excellent analytical skills, and expertise in financial modeling. Qualifications

• 4-7 years minimum experience in related finance & accounting roles.
• Experience in real estate and familiarity with financial tools preferred.
• Experience in treasury operations and/or cash management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parent-level long-term forecast model.
• Provide analysis of financial results for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Lead projects to improve financial processes and deploy new tools.
