Job summary

The A.C.Coy Company is seeking a Financial Analyst to support month-end close and maintain inventory records in a hybrid Pittsburgh, PA environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of finance accounting experience including journal entries and reconciliations, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with Oracle and AS400. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required. No relocation.

• Proficient in Excel and query tools.
• Experience with month-end close and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Support month end close.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain daily inventory records.
• Maintain company inventory records for various business segments.
• Review and analyze variances to communicate outliers to management.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget.
• Perform reconciliations between Oracle and AS400, adjusting journal entries to the general ledger.
