Qualifications

• 2+ years of finance, accounting, or analytical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with financial data and large spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports and analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational data using Excel.
• Track financial activity and maintain supporting schedules.
• Review transactions and financial information for accuracy.
• Identify and research discrepancies.
• Assist with financial reconciliations and accruals.
• Maintain and update financial data within internal systems.
• Prepare analysis to support business and management decision-making.
• Work with various departments to gather and analyze financial information.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
• Support ongoing finance projects and process improvements.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as needed.

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
