Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics and have 5 years of financial analysis experience, with strong Excel and ERP skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of financial analysis or related experience.
• Strong Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances against budget and prior periods.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives and strategic planning.
• Perform profitability, cost, and revenue analysis.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Participate in special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
