Addison Group in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Financial Analyst to join a growing finance team on-site. The role will perform financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis, handling large data sets and creating insights to support strategic decisions with cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in a finance-related field, at least one year of FP&A or equivalent experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate results

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of financial analysis, FP&A, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with trend insights.
• Develop dashboards and presentations for leadership review.
• Analyze performance against budget and forecast with variance explanations.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities.
• Conduct profitability, revenue, and cost analyses to guide decisions.
