Job description

Join the Future of Digital Infrastructure

Are you a passionate Financial Analyst looking to make a meaningful impact? We're building the next generation of digital infrastructure powering hyperscalers, AI innovation, and high-performance computing across North America.

Role Summary

We're building out our FP&A function and are looking for a Financial Analyst to support core planning, modeling, and analysis as the team scales.

This role owns month-end variance analysis and reforecasting across the business, partnering with the Director of FP&A on financial models and templates, with ownership of forecast development and assumption-setting. This role requires hands‑on experience in data center, colocation, hyperscale infrastructure, or capital‑intensive commercial real estate construction environments, given the pace and complexity of our active build program.

This person will report to our Director, FP&A and will share our company values and play an important role in supporting our continued growth.

Our core values guide how we collaborate, make decisions, support one another, and serve our customers. We're looking for people who embrace them and help us build something great.

What You Will Do
  • Own month-end variance analysis on the opex and operating side of the business, comparing actuals to plan and explaining key drivers.
  • Independently build and maintain rolling forecasts across multiple time horizons (monthly, quarterly, annual), incorporating construction milestones, capex phasing, and evolving business drivers.
  • Partner with the Director of FP&A on financial models and templates, extending and maintaining them as the business evolves.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the company's operating budget and forecast.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analyses that give leadership clear visibility into financial performance.
  • Gather business inputs from across the company to support planning and forecasting work.
  • What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, with demonstrated ownership of forecasting process end-to end.
  • Direct experience in data center, hyperscale infrastructure, colocation, or commercial real estate/construction finance environments is required.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with comfort working within an established model structure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience with FP&A or planning tools (e.g. Adaptive, Insights, Anaplan, Planful) is an asset.
