Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Experience with commercial compensation or sales commission calculations is a plus.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute performance reporting and metrics.
• Monitor revenue and financial metrics; provide actionable insights.
• Develop forecasting and analytical models.
• Calculate and reconcile sales commissions.
• Partner with Accounting for financial close processes.
