Job summary

dSPACE Inc. is seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team in the United States. This position supports financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support across multiple departments, with emphasis on data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 1–2 years of experience, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial reporting, or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to work effectively across departments and build strong business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Partner with department managers to understand business drivers and provide financial insights.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, inventory, and operational performance trends.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities by working closely with the accounting team.
• Assist with developing and maintaining financial models and reporting tools.
• Create dashboards and reports using ERP and business intelligence systems.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
• Help maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Support internal and external audit requests as needed.
• Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the Controller.
