Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the 350 SWG at Eglin AFB, FL. You will monitor financial status, perform budgeting and forecasting, and ensure funds are managed in compliance with DoD processes.

The role requires US citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 5 years of experience with the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. Travel and relocation support are as needed with strong DoD financial management exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline.
At least 5 years of related experience; additional years may substitute for education.
US Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide advice and assistance with monitoring and reporting financial status of assigned programs.
Assist in budget and cost variance analysis, obligation and expenditure forecasting, funds management, and development of program/budget documentation.
Quality control of automated financial databases and development of tracking methodologies for expenditures.
Assist with acquisition project support including resource or Program Budget/Financial Planning Assistance and Procurement processes.
Prepare, review, and execute various funding documents (e.g., PR, MIPR, PO, MORD, AF Form 9).
Track funding documents through financial processes and ensure accurate accounting data.
