Job summary

Uhlig LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to develop, analyze and deliver meaningful financial reporting and support workflow optimization across the administration division.

The role involves evaluating financial performance, assisting with budgeting for multiple divisions, and producing ad hoc analyses to inform management decisions. A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is required.
• Relevant work experience in a finance or accounting position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Windows-based IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Gathering information from various sources, organizing it and preparing meaningful financial analysis reporting
• Managing the workflow optimization process by ensuring information accuracy and consistency
• Supporting the workflow optimization process by evaluating current workflows and identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundancies and automation opportunities
• Monitoring financial performance against targets and highlighting key variances, trends and potential areas of concern
• Evaluating financial feasibility of new projects and initiatives
• Supporting the budget preparation and analysis for multiple divisions
• Ad hoc reporting
• Other duties as assigned
