Job summary

CertiK, a leading Web3 security platform, seeks a proactive Financial Analyst at entry level with 1-2 years of experience. You will own record maintenance, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close while contributing to budgeting and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, double-entry bookkeeping, accruals).
• Minimum GPA of 3.6.
• Proficient with Excel with data manipulation and automation experience.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, scrub, and organize large sets of financial records with data integrity.
• Perform weekly/monthly reconciliations (bank, revenue, crypto balance) and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with pre/post-close activities to ensure accurate month-end closing.
• Support financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Drive process improvements and automate reporting using scripts and advanced Excel.
• Handle ad hoc tasks from senior management and provide audit/tax support.
