Job summary

CRH Americas Materials in Atlanta, GA seeks a Financial Analyst to develop, analyze and maintain key financial reporting for company leadership. The role sits within the Corporate Finance team and requires collaboration with cost center owners, management, and audit teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong financial background with 2+ years in finance/accounting, proficient in Hyperion Planning, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• 2 or more years' experience in general finance and accounting areas or in industry.
• Previous relevant experience in an operations/manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly cost detail reporting.
• Coordinate reviews with corporate cost center owners relating to actuals/forecast as needed.
• Submit monthly forecast adjustments/updates in Hyperion planning for corporate entities.
• Preparation of ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for senior management.
• Support Quarterly US GAAP & IFRS reporting submission.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Support annual budget collection, consolidation and review for the corporate entities.
• Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities to increase productivity that optimizes data efficiency and quality.
• Maintain professional demeanor at all times while representing the company.
• Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required.
• Ad hoc projects as needed
