Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting, financial controlling, or audit.
• Experience with month-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and information into clear and concise reports and presentations.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements in accounting and reporting workflows.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes in compliance with corporate accounting policies and deadlines.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals.
• Maintain and monitor general ledger integrity, ensuring entries are supported and coded correctly.
• Guide team members as needed to align work with accounting standards and controls.
• Review and analyze balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and provide explanations to management.
• Ensure adherence to internal control policies, support audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams on cost allocation, capitalization, and expense recognition.
• Assist with presentations and reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvement projects to streamline accounting workflows and strengthen internal controls.
