FLDP analysts receive training to accelerate their impact. After completing the FLDP, your career path will lead to increasing accountability as a Senior Financial Analyst.

• Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Graduating in Spring 2027

Relocation assistance (if eligible) The base salary for this position is $71,000. General Mills is committed to providing fair and competitive pay that reflects your skills, experience, performance, and academic background.
