General Mills invites students to join the Finance Leadership Development Program Internship (FLDP) at the World Headquarters in Minneapolis. The 10-week program provides incoming analysts with diverse roles to strengthen technical foundations and business acumen, fostering leadership and curiosity among participants.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028

The hourly rate for this position is $27.12 hour. General Mills strives to provide fair and competitive pay that reflects your skills, experience, and academic background. The pay for this role considers many factors, including, but not limited to, your degree program, major, and year in school.
