Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing; Global Shop ERP is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and deliver insights for strategic decisions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports with variance analysis and metrics.
• Pull, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning efforts.
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Assist with month-end/quarter-end close and audits.
