Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 2+ years.
• Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance is preferred.
• Experience analyzing financial performance and providing business recommendations.
• Excellent teamwork skills across locations.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial functions including resource planning, data analysis, budgeting and cost control.
• Validate and analyze financial performance data and budget information to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
• Recommend solutions to sustain successful financial operations for the program.
• Collaborate with site directors and cross-location teams.
• Support financial reporting and decision-making processes.
