The Boeing Global Services Government (BGS-G) team is hiring a Financial Analyst (Associate or Experienced) to support Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) programs located in Hazelwood, Missouri.
On our team you will be a Business Unit Integrator (BUI), working directly with Program and Project Managers administering cost and schedule baselines, financial Estimates at Complete (EACs), monthly financial reporting/forecasting, long range business plans and variance analysis for government defense programs. These are dynamic programs with opportunities to also interface with Supply Chain, Contracts, Material Cost Analysis, Estimating and Senior Leadership, offering a significant development opportunity with excellent functional & cross-functional visibility.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the financial advisor to DLA Transactional program/project managers, leading the program team to successfully manage financial performance
Develop and brief financial Estimates at Complete (EACs) to finance and program management leadership
Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
Develop Long Range Business Plans (LRBP) and forecast inputs with associated risks and opportunities analysis of contract performance
Provide detailed and priority support to internal and external auditors, including Corporate Audit, Deloitte and the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field
1+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel application, including formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, and filters
Ability to work in virtual/hybrid and in office setting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with Estimates of Completion (EACs), forecasting, resource planning, and cost management systems
Experience with one of more of the following financial systems: Cost, Schedule, Planning and Reporting (CSPR), Enterprise Planning and Analysis System (EPAS)
Experience presenting and communicating data in Senior Leadership briefings

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $64,600 - $87,400
Summary pay range Experienced (Level 3): $79,050 - $106,950
