The Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) teamis seeking an Proprietary Test Bed Maintenance Analyst to join our St. Louis Test Bed Operations team in Berkeley, MO . This position requires experience in aircraft maintenance management, coordination, and experimental aircraft modifications. The successful candidate must possess an FAA Mechanic certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings. The successful candidate must have experience with large business jet aircraft, experimental modifications, and FAA regulations pertaining toaircraft operations.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate, Experienced, or Senior Proprietary Test Bed Maintenance Analysts.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance functions such as Customer/FAA Coordination, Configuration Change Verification, Conformity Inspections, Airworthiness Inspections (including Pre-flight and Post-flights), Corrective Action and Investigations
Initiate and document any nonconforming materials, hardware, software, tools, parts, assemblies, or portions thereof, according to specifications, processes, and procedures
Perform Aviation Maintenance Technician tasks in order to obtain and maintain knowledge, skills and required certifications
Perform audit/surveillance of all manufacturing and quality assurance processes, according to specifications, processes, and procedures
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience on complex jet powered aircraft with military, airline or certificated repair station background
FAA Mechanic certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience on Bombardier Challenger 600/601/604 series aircraft and Global series aircraft
6+ years of aircraft maintenance experience on complex jet powered aircraft with military, airline or certificated repair station background
10+ years of aircraft maintenance experience on complex jet powered aircraft with military, airline or certificated repair station background
Associates of Science Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology
Avionics and/or related aircraft electrical experience
Active US DoD clearance (secret or higher)

Summary Pay Range for Associate Level (Level 2): $68,000 - $92,000
Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3): $86,700 - $117,300
Summary Pay Range for Senior Level (Level 4): $106,250 - $143,750
